The Tithe Barn has recently been converted to a very high standard and offers luxurious accommodation in 5 large, en-suite rooms. It is accessed from a lavender scented courtyard straight into a beautifully vaulted main living area with under floor heating and a mezzanine levels. The separate dining space is beside two huge ash doors where the light floods in. The main seating area has two very comfortable leather corner suites and is set around a cosy wood burning stove with an antique French table and plasma TV with Sky and Wifi.
Both the Cider Room and the Blue Room are upstairs and reached across a galleried landing and both feature huge beams and vaulted ceilings, with bathrooms tucked under the eaves.
The Hayloft and Empire rooms are reached through a separate door from the lounge.
The open plan living and dining area is separated into two separate spaces. To dine there is a large, painted French kitchen table which extends to seat 10-12 people in front of huge floor to ceiling ash glazed doors. The living area is centred around a very efficient wood burning stove with a very comfortable red leather corner suite and white sofa for relaxing. There is an antique French oak table and plasma TV with Sky and Wifi.
The property is furnished throughout with finds from antique shops and original works of art.
The well equipped kitchen was the original Bull Pen and is large and full of light. It is down a couple of steps from the living area and has a range cooker, big fridge/freezer, microwave, juicer, dishwasher and lots of storage. From the kitchen there is access to a private outdoor seating area to catch the last rays of sun in the evening.
The Barn rental includes the use of an acre of private land with BBQ equipment and outdoor furniture overlooking miles of open countryside and the Salisbury Hills beyond.
